Contact form submissions
When you fill out a contact form on this site, the following information is collected:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- The service you selected and any message you wrote
This information is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not added to any marketing list, not sold, and not shared with third parties other than the form delivery service described below.
Form submissions are delivered through web3forms.com, which receives the submission and forwards it to Ellis Local. Web3Forms processes the data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Analytics
This site uses Umami Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. Umami records only aggregate data — page views, referrer URLs, browser type, and screen size — to help understand which pages are useful and how visitors find the site.
Umami does not track you across websites, does not build advertising profiles, and does not share data with any ad network.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any retargeting tools.
Contact forms use hCaptcha to prevent spam. hCaptcha may set a short-lived functional cookie as part of its verification process. This cookie does not track you across sites and expires when the session ends.
Umami Analytics does not use cookies at all.

Data retention
Contact form inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up on your request. Once a project or conversation is complete and there is no ongoing business relationship, records are deleted.
No personal data from site visits is stored — Umami Analytics only retains anonymized aggregate statistics.

If you have submitted a contact form and would like your information removed, or if you have any questions about how your data is handled, please reach out directly.
This site does not sell personal data. There is nothing to opt out of beyond not submitting the contact form.
